Nurses and midwives are essential for the daily care of patients. Their role goes beyond just performing medical tasks and monitoring health conditions. They also provide psychological support, listen to patients’ needs, and ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved, such as doctors, patients, and families. These aspects make their contribution to care invaluable and highlight the broad importance of their role within healthcare. We as nurses want to share our knowledge, experiences with nurses over the whole world.
