Media Consent
By participating in events organized by ISGE (International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I grant permission to ISGE to use photographs and videos in which I am recognizable, taken during ISGE events, for promotional and marketing purposes both online and offline.
I understand and consent that these materials may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, newsletters, printed materials, and presentations.
By attending ISGE events, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any claims to compensation or royalties arising from the use of these materials.
I release, discharge, and hold harmless ISGE, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise due to the use of these photographs or videos or their manner of use.
