In order to have access to a Free ISGE 1 year full membership, you will need to have your residency in & of the following countries;

  • Burundi
  • Somalia
  • Mozambique
  • Madagascar
  • Sierra Leone
  • Afghanistan
  • Central African Republic
  • Liberia
  • Niger
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire)

This list is under review every year.  It is based upon the 2020 GNI per capita in current US$.
If you apply for this membership you will need to upload some proof of residency.
