This video shows the technique of adnexectomy.
The patient was affected by multiple mucinous cysts.

Adnexectomy can be performed coagulating and cutting the adnexal vessels starting both from the infundibulo-pelvic ligament towards the uterus and from the utero-ovarian ligament and the medial portion of the tube towards the infundibulo-pelvic ligament.
Once removed the adnexa it is mandatory to put it inside a plastic bag and remove it without any spillage from the cyst and to send the adnexa for the frozen section.
