The first step of the procedure was the adhesiolysis of the omentum and of the ovary followed by the dissection of the horn from the retroperitoneal connective tissue. The removal of the horn was performed with cold scissors. Then were dissected some peritoneal endometriotic lesions and the controlateral ureter was prepared.
