Performing hysteroscopy remains problematic for most doctors in developing countries where only a minority has access to it. This video aims to answer the questions that torment those who want to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy and wonder where to begin. The basics are explained with a very simple method, in four steps: 1 – overcoming the mental blocks; 2 – hysteroscopy equipment; 3 – technique and precautions; and 4 – reference images. The video also gives tips on how to develop training, especially when high tech simulators cannot be afforded.
